Course structure
Sessions may be experienced in office or online. You do not need to be local to Missouri to utilize this coaching.
Most sessions will last 60 minutes, with one extended session. This is discussed in your readiness assessment. We decide together how much homework is appropriate between weekly sessions. This may range from 15 minutes to more than an hour depending on each client's capacity.
